Origin/History: Ultimately defeated by the Nocturne Alliance late in the L1 Trade War, the Order of the Osiris was left decimated. It was the same story for the Aragon Liberation Army, whose attempts to gain revenge against the NA all failed miserably. Already ashamed, there was soon no place for these two rebel groups to exist as the Apocalypse War kicked into full gear. As a result, these two rebel groups broke their traditions and became allies, in hopes of finding a way and a place to coexist in the future.

Coming from two different ideological directions, compromises had to be made between both groups. Obviously the Osiris' extremist religious views would not work well with Aragon's policy of killing everyone (even innocents) during battle first, then asking questions later. After months of secret debates, both sides agreed to change certain aspects about themselves, and from that point on established themselves as one unified group-the Order of the Light.

Today, the Order functions as an independent sovereign nation focused on spreading its ideals across the globe and to the stars. The Order operates two separate armies, each suited for a specific type of combat. The Osiris Legions, formed from the remnant earth-based Osiris military, specializes in terrestrial combat. At the same time, the Enlightened, formerly known as the Aragon Liberation Army itself, takes care of all atmospheric and space combat situations, since the ALA was originally a colony-based organization.

Recently, the OOL launched a massive assault on the Nocturne Alliance capital, hoping to gain some ground in the fight against their mortal enemy. However, although they managed to push in a bit past Hope City's borders, the sheer tactical prowess, better training, and better equipment of NA forces proved to be a deciding factor in the ultimate failure of the OOL's attack. The invading force was almost completely destroyed, dealing a tremendous defeat to the OOL as well as lowering overall troop morale. For now, the OOL will focus on other methods of resistance rather than direct action against the NA.
